I was in a white elephant gift swap a few years ago and got this wonderful book:
When I opened it up, I saw that the front page was inscribed. I forget the exact phrasing, but with all seriousness, it went something like this:
"Dear [daughter's name] - I hope this helps you find your man. xoxo, Mom".
No joke.
The girl was single at the time (though happily married now!) and was giving this book away (like the plague it was!). Poor mom. Poor girl.
So what I saw this post on All Women Stalk (a new blog obsession of mine), I thought it would be perfect to share. I mean, who isn't going to try to make a few changes in the upcoming new year? It's good advice for men too!
