Very Punny (there are a lot of puns, honestly)

Have out-of-towners under your wing or need an escape for a few laughs in Bucktown? Check out my friend Giselle's show at the Gorilla Tango Theatre.

We laughed, we gasped, we drank. It's only $15 a ticket, you can buy them in advance, and there are refreshments available for very reasonable prices.

Gorilla Tango Theatre invites you to rock with us, all night (well, for at least an hour) as we present "That Was It: The Tragic Tale of Our King Michael Jackson" - a parodied-Greek retelling of the rise and fall of our beloved King of Pop. Join our masked Chorus and their prophet, Tiemze (TMZ), as we revisit Michael’s journey to superstardom, his relationships with his celebrity friends, his fall from public favor, and (of course) his most iconic moves. Dust off your fedora and sparkly gloves and come celebrate the life of the King - we’re gonna thrill you tonight!

The actors were great, the story was always moving and engaging and *spoiler alert* there is a surprising transformation that occurs.

Need another hint?

Michael Jackson.

G, I stole your photo. Don't be mad? ;)

That's all I'm saying about that.

I'm so proud of my friend G and really enjoyed seeing her on stage. But to be honest, this show is great even if you don't know G. But if you don't know G, you should. She'sa gonna be famous.
